What rigid box structures do you manufacture?
Lid and base, hinged, drawer, magnetic closure, multi-compartment, tray and bespoke rigid structures - all built on a greyboard or MDF core.
Do you cut and assemble the cores in-house?
Yes. Cores are cut, creased, wrapped and assembled in our Dubai facility, along with inserts, closures and finishing.
What is the difference between greyboard and MDF?
Greyboard is lighter and smoother, suited to paper wraps, while MDF is denser and heavier, better for wood-grain finishes and premium weight.
Can rigid boxes have magnetic closures?
Yes. Magnets on the lid and base give the box a controlled pull on close and an easy reopen.
What materials can you wrap a rigid box in?
Paper, textured and embossed board, fabric, PU and genuine leatherette, plus flocked and velvet interiors.
Can you produce inserts and compartments?
Yes. Cavities, slots, trays and dividers are cut in-house to the approved specification.
What is the minimum order for rigid boxes?
Minimums are higher than for folding cartons because of the tooling and build stages. We confirm the quantity against your structure and volume.
Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. A fully built sample is produced so structure, board, wrap, insert and finish can be approved before a run.
Do you deliver rigid boxes across the UAE?
