Discuss This ServiceCosmetic Packaging Manufacturer in the UAE
Nivada Box is a cosmetic packaging manufacturer in the UAE producing skincare and serum cartons, colour cosmetics, haircare boxes, refill systems and coded label panels.
The Shelf Test
Cosmetic packaging is read twice. A shopper turns it over for the ingredients, batch number and expiry, then puts it back facing out. A carton that fails either job has lost the sale, and a beauty brand rarely gets a second chance at the shelf.
That makes the label panel a design decision, not leftover space. Copy blocks for ingredients, directions, warnings, net content and the responsible party are drawn into the dieline from the start, sized to stay legible once creased. Batch, expiry and barcode data then goes on the same carton in the same run, so what reaches the shelf is complete, not hand-labelled.
Nivada Box manufactures cosmetic packaging in the UAE on our own floor, from dieline and preprint through die-cutting, coding, folding and finishing. A sample is approved before the bulk run, which is how eight SKUs read as one brand rather than eight cartons with the same logo.
Carton Styles
A cosmetic carton is defined by its structure, its label panel and how much copy it carries. These are the builds we produce most for skincare, colour, haircare and grooming.
For a premium cream or serum, a rigid shell carries the full label set without buckling, and the tray keeps the jar upright on a shelf edge.
View Product
The volume workhorse. A reverse tuck end or crash-lock base folds flat for freight and locks open on a shelf without a base panel falling away.
View Product
Dimensioned from the jar shoulder rather than the label artwork, so the carton does not shake on the shelf and the net content line still sits straight.
View Product
A window keeps the shade and the product visible at the shelf edge, which is what a colour or skincare customer is actually looking for.
View Product
A divided tray carries a cleanser, a serum and a mask in one pack, with a printed wrap adding the range branding across the whole set.
View Product
Shipped flat with the retail cartons and folded in-store, so a range lands as a display rather than as loose boxes pushed to the back of a shelf.
View Product
A sleeve carries the seasonal campaign while the inner carton keeps the legal copy, so a festive run does not mean reprinting the label set.
View Product
The card sits flat against the carton so a customer can match a tester back to its shade without guessing from a printed swatch.
View Product
A wrapped rigid build for prestige skincare, where the surface is held in the hand and the debossed mark does the work a printed logo would blur.
View Product
Dimensioned from the bottle already in the market, so the refill slides on without a redesign and the copy panel is set for the shorter carton.
View Product
Short runs built to a launch or gifting window, produced against the same approved specification as the core range.
View Product
The panel layout drawn and signed off before the sheets are run, so the copy blocks, the code area and the fold are agreed in one document.

Most cosmetic carton problems are drawing problems. A panel sized for a warning block that then has to hold a six-language ingredient list. A barcode dropped where the score line runs. A spot UV over the shade name. Each is a five-minute fix on a dieline and an expensive one on print.
Capabilities
Preprint, die-cutting, coding, folding, finishing and collation run on one floor, so a coded batch number lands on the same carton that gets the colour check.

Every panel sized against the copy block it has to hold, so the ingredient list, warnings and net content land where the artwork says they will.
Discuss This Service
Folding carton stock for high-volume skincare and heavier rigid board for premium builds, set against filled weight and shelf life.
Discuss This Service
Foil stamping, blind emboss, spot UV and soft-touch lamination placed on the surfaces a shopper touches rather than over the copy they need to read.

Coding applied inside the production run, so every unit on the shelf carries traceable data and a recall can be scoped to one run.

The schedule is built around the date your range has to be trading, cases are formed to your warehouse format, and the delivery window is set per emirate.

Type size and panel width set so the ingredient list and warnings read at the shelf edge, before the carton is even turned over.
Batch and expiry codes printed rather than handwritten, so a quality query or a recall is scoped to a single production window instead of a whole customer.
Matt and soft-touch surfaces that wipe clean and do not hold fingerprints or fibre at the front edge, which is where a beauty carton is handled most.
A shared board, colour standard and type hierarchy, so a serum, a cleanser and a sunscreen read as a range on one shelf rather than as three acquisitions.
Applications
Copy obligations are the same across beauty. What changes is fill weight, product shape, how much must stay visible and how often the range is reordered.

Fit
A cream carton is mostly label. Net content, ingredients, directions and warnings compete for the same panel, so the dieline is drawn around the copy blocks and the jar dimensioned into what is left.
A palette needs a window that shows the product and a carton that holds a flat tray without bowing. A folded board tray locates the pan and absorbs the knock a loose compact takes.
Colour cosmetics are judged on the shade name as much as the logo. Shade, finish and undertone go in the largest legible type the panel allows, and repeat on the cap seal so a tester matches its carton.
A 500ml shampoo carton is a structure problem before it is a print problem. Board caliper, grain direction and a shoulder score stop a filled carton bowing on the shelf or splitting in transit.
Grooming is usually bought as a set. A shared board, one type hierarchy and a single shade across shaving, beard and skincare make the range read as deliberate rather than assembled from three printers.
A refill has to fit a bottle the customer already owns, so internal dimensions come from that bottle, not the original pack. Sachets and samples run on lighter board with less setup, where unit cost matters most.
Finishing
A beauty carton finish is judged twice: in the hand, and under shop-floor lighting. These are the finishes we apply most, and where each earns its cost.

Pricing
A cosmetic carton is priced by four things. Knowing which you are paying for is the difference between a quote you can plan around and one you cannot.
A white reverse-side carton printed in four spot colours costs a different amount from the same board flood printed, and coverage on the inside faces moves the number again.
Folding carton stock for high-volume skincare, heavier rigid board for premium colour. Caliper is set by filled weight and by whether the carton ships alone or in a display tray.
Batch, expiry and barcode data on a reserved panel is priced per setup plus per unit, and removes the hand-labelling step between production and the shelf.
Foil, emboss and spot UV carry a one-off setup that a repeat run reuses, so the second and third runs of a range cost less per unit than the first.
Send the product dimensions, the panel copy and your run quantity. You get back a board, a dieline and a unit price, and we will say plainly where a lighter board would serve the range just as well.
Process
Five stages sit between a brief and a finished range, and the third holds the risk: a carton not yet folded, coded and read tells you nothing about how the label looks.
The product, its dimensions when filled, the copy blocks that must appear on the carton and the date it has to be on the shelf.
We size each panel against its copy, propose the fold structure and caliper, and send a dieline and a section for approval.
A real carton in your board, print and finish, folded and coded, so the panel sizes and the type are judged on the finished pack.
Batch, expiry and barcode data applied inside the run, with colour confirmed against the approved reference sheet before release.
Cases are formed to the format your warehouse takes and dispatched to every emirate, timed against the day product has to be on the shelf.
Sampling
A label panel cannot be judged on screen or a flat sheet, so our sample uses the same board, print and coding as the run.
We print and fold a sample with your copy blocks and your data format in place, so what is approved is the pack the customer will hold.
A panel that fits on the dieline can still be too narrow once creased. The ingredient block is measured on the folded carton, not on the flat.
Every SKU is matched to one approved printed reference, so a serum, a toner and a sunscreen agree when they are stocked side by side.
Once a carton is approved, refill and added SKUs are cut on the same tooling and colour standard, so run four matches run one.
In Focus
Local
Cosmetic packaging manufactured in the UAE for skincare, colour, haircare and grooming brands. We preprint, die-cut, code and finish on our own floor and deliver across all seven emirates.
Compliance copy is the part of a cosmetic carton that cannot be improvised. Ingredient lists, allergen statements, batch and expiry data, net content and the responsible party all need panel space the artwork can deliver, and that is decided on the dieline rather than at proofing. Producing in the UAE keeps coding, finishing and the colour check under one roof, so a range ships as one system.
Before You Order
Four answers settle most cosmetic carton decisions. Put them in the brief and the reply will be a board, a structure and a number, not a questionnaire.
Ingredient list, allergens, directions, warnings, net content, responsible party, batch and expiry. Send the panels as they stand and the layout problem is visible immediately.
The ingredient panel drives the carton. Measure it set at a readable type size, and the dieline will size itself around what the panel needs.
Matt and soft-touch wipe clean and hide handling marks. Foil and spot UV read premium, but they belong on the front panel rather than the block a shopper grips.
Range size and reorder pattern decide the setup economics. A second run off the same tooling carries a different unit price, and a refill is cheaper again.
Why Us
A cosmetic carton is a printed sheet, a folded structure, a data panel and a finish that must survive handling. Split across suppliers, the code arrives after print and the finish lands over the shade name.
Preprint, die-cutting, coding, folding, finishing and collation all sit in one facility here, so a coded batch number lands on the same carton that passed the colour check. It is also why we can hold a shade across eight SKUs and reproduce it a year later for a refill run without a visible step.

More than most artwork leaves. A UAE cream carton typically carries an INCI ingredient list, an allergen statement where it applies, directions, warnings, net content, the responsible party and country of origin. The measure is the longest single block, set at a size the customer can read, because a squeezed panel is the panel that gets reprinted.
Yes, and better inside the production run than by hand. Variable data goes onto a panel reserved in the artwork, so every unit carries a traceable code and the hand-labelling step disappears. Send your code format and we will show where it sits on the dieline before printing.
Board between roughly 300gsm and 400gsm handles most skincare and haircare at volume, while heavier stock earns its cost on colour cosmetics and gift-adjacent builds. The deciding factors are filled weight, whether the carton ships loose or in a display tray, and how much surface carries ink.
Matt and soft-touch lamination wipe clean and hide handling marks, suiting skincare and haircare. Spot UV and foil read as more premium but sit proud, so they belong on the front panel rather than the copy block a shopper touches. We will tell you where a finish should not go.
One printed reference sheet is approved, and every SKU is matched against it before the run is released. Repeat orders use the same standard, so a refill ordered a year later sits beside the original without a visible step. That discipline is what stops a range looking like eight suppliers.
It can, and for premium skincare it often should. A perforated seal band, tamper ring, security label or moulded inner liner all signal the product is unopened. We size the band and window so the product stays visible, because that is what a customer checks first.
Yes. A refill carton is dimensioned from the bottle the customer already owns, not the original pack, so the internal fit is right first time. Refills also ship flat and light, cutting freight and letting the carton go out in a mailer rather than a box.
Minimums depend on structure, finishing and how many SKUs are involved, and we confirm the figure against your brief. A plain printed folding carton carries a lower entry point than a rigid build with foil and a coded panel, and a range ordered together beats the same items one at a time.
The board, and usually the insert, sit in the paper stream where local facilities take them, and recycled or FSC-certified fibre can be specified. The harder question is the finish, because plastic lamination and foil facing complicate recovery. If recyclability is in the brief we design around it rather than adding it at the end.
Yes, we ship the length of the country. Cartons go out to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, with the window fixed against the date your range has to trade.
